Honest ingredients
Clean-burning wax
A natural soy-blend wax that burns slowly and evenly, with less soot than traditional paraffin.
Cotton wicks
Lead-free cotton wicks, sized to each vessel so the flame stays steady and the melt pool stays even.
Thoughtful fragrance
Phthalate-free fragrance oils, blended to scent a room gently — present, never overpowering.
Poured in small batches
Each candle is poured and cured in small batches so every one burns the way the first one did.

How to burn it well

The first burn matters most
Let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the jar — usually 2 to 3 hours. This sets the "memory" of the wax and prevents tunneling later.

Trim the wick every time
Before each burn, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch. A trimmed wick means a smaller, cleaner flame and less smoke.

Keep burns to 4 hours
After about 4 hours, extinguish the candle and let it cool fully before relighting. This protects the vessel and keeps the fragrance true.

Burn it somewhere calm
Keep candles away from drafts, fans, and open windows — moving air makes flames flicker and burn unevenly. Always burn on a heat-safe surface, within sight, and away from children and pets.

Know when to stop
Retire your candle when about 1/2 inch of wax remains. The jar can be cleaned with warm soapy water and reused for storage or a small plant.

Candle FAQs
How long will my candle burn?+
With proper care — a full first burn, a trimmed wick, and sessions under 4 hours — our candles burn for roughly 40 to 55 hours depending on size.
Why is my candle tunneling?+
Tunneling almost always comes from a first burn that was too short. Let the wax melt to the edges next time; for a candle that's already tunneled, a longer supervised burn can often even it out.
Are your candles safe around pets and kids?+
Our wax and fragrance are chosen to be gentle, but any open flame needs care. Burn candles out of reach of children and pets, and never leave one unattended.
What if my candle arrives damaged?+
Send us a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement right away — no need to return the damaged candle.
Can I reuse the jar?+
Yes — once the candle is finished, freeze the jar overnight, pop out the remaining wax, and wash with warm soapy water. The jars make lovely storage for cotton pads, matches, or pantry bits.
