Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
If something isn't right with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a quick note about the issue. We'll work with you on a replacement or refund — we'd rather fix it than leave you disappointed.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Email info@myeverlygoods.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead. As long as it's in stock, we'll arrange the swap.
What if my candle or item arrived damaged?
Send us a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement right away — no need to send the damaged item back.
How do I start a return?
Just email info@myeverlygoods.com or use our contact page. Include your order number and the item details, and we'll reply with next steps within one business day.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Processing and delivery timing appear at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — shipping is free on orders over $45. For smaller orders, shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Track Your Order page for help finding it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at info@myeverlygoods.com. We'll help when an order has not yet entered fulfillment.
Where do you ship?
EverlyGoods is an online-only shop, and we currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US, email us and we'll see what we can do.
Candle care
How should I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each burn, keep the wax free of debris, and never leave a burning candle unattended.
Why did my candle tunnel, and how do I fix it?
Tunneling happens when a candle is blown out before the melted wax reaches the edge of the jar — usually on the first burn. Let it burn long enough to melt fully across the top, and the surface will stay even.
How long do EverlyGoods candles burn?
Depending on the size and how well the wick is trimmed, expect roughly 40–60 hours of burn time. Shorter, well-trimmed burns actually make candles last longer.
How do I make my candle's scent stronger?
Burn it in a reasonably sized room with the door closed, and give it time — fragrance blooms as the wax pool widens. You can also layer matching scents in different rooms.

EverlyGoods is a small shop for a calmer home — thoughtfully chosen storage, beauty finds, and hand-poured candles. Every item is picked to make everyday routines feel a little quieter and a little easier.
Who is behind EverlyGoods?
